Duplicate addresses

I did a quick search and haven't seen this posted yet. When I put in a couple local addresses, they show up twice with no differences between them. It brings the addresses up only once when I use the same search term in maps.google.com. Anyone else seeing this, or is there someone I can send the addresses I'm seeing duplicated?
