I am a ward clerk, and have signed on using my LDS login. I am unable to to move any household markers, including my own residence, and do not get an edit dialog when I click on one of them.
I am using Firefox 10.0.1 with Mac OS 10.7.3
Unable to verify addresses

Can you log into the CDOL and verify your calling?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
