update E-way delivery address

I tried to order toner for our clerk's office printer on the Staples site through lds.org today. I eventually found the toner cartridge I needed, but the deliver-to address is for a previous bishop, three bishops ago. How does this get updated? The unit number is correct on eway, but the delivery address field is not editable. Has anyone done this?

This topic was discussed in the 2009 thread How to Change Shipping Address. But that thread rambles a bit, and doesn't ever give a clear answer. Although there were recommendations given, in a couple of cases, the person asking the question never posted again, so I don't know whether that means that the suggestion worked or not.

We did this a couple of years ago when we changed bishops. If I recall correctly, there was a link on the E-way site for either "assistance" or "updating" information. I used that to correct the new Ship-to address.
