Glitches in LDS.org tools for ward leadership

Our MLS leadership data is correct, but when the Primary organization
does not appear at LDS.org.

Our high priest group leader, Relief Society President, Primary President,
and Young Women President cannot access their leadership tools on
LDS.org.

I've been searching for a way to fix this, but can't find one that works.
I was advised to do "Refresh Unit Data" which I have done twice to
no avail.

Any suggestions?

The first place to check is the CDOL. If it's not in sync with MLS, then try following the instructions in Correcting duplicate or missing callings. Note that all callings must be standard positions and not custom positions in order for them to "unlock" other websites.

Note that any callings in orange text on the CDOL is a custom calling.

Note that the CDOL is undergoing a upgrade. As such no changes made this weekend will be effective. But at least you should be able to figure out where the problem lies.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Just to clarify, changes made this weekend will be effective, but just not right away. They won't show up on CDOL until sometime tomorrow.

To what leadership tools are you referring? If you are referring to the "Leader and Clerk Resources" (leader portal) in the Tools menu of LDS.org then there is nothing wrong. There are no tools yet for the leaders you mentioned. The Young Women President should have access to the Personal Progress site for each of the ward young women; but that is it for now.

sync of MLS data with CDOL

There is a problem with what has been entered in MLS and what shows up in CDOL. How can that be rectified. Some names and positions have been updated but others that have been long time changed in MLS have not shown up in CDOL
