The installation instructions found at the mls.lds.org download site provides all the necessary Windows setup information. Currently there is no standard for network workgroup names since most administrative computers are not networked for workgroup connectivity. If the stake president thinks there is a need to network administrative computers then he will decide what standards will be used for network setup.

For administrative computers, the Windows Account is "Clerk", the computer name is LU-<unit number> (e.g., for unit 123456, the name is "LU-123456"). I'm not sure what you mean by "Network group name" -- do you mean the domain? the workgroup?
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

In general, I don't suggest networking the MLS machine (that is sharing the drive and/or printers). As such, I don't think the settings matter.

Dear aebrown, thanks for your answer. This is exactly what I need:
Computer's name (as you explained and we were already using the pattern LU-unit number)
Windows credentials (username and password for Windows Log on)
Network group name (actually I was talking about the workgroup name)
Where do I find these informations here in LDSTech? is there any document available where I can download it and make it available for the next Clerk?
Thanks a lot for your help.

The only official instructions we have can be found at mls.lds.org.

I don't remember a workgroup name being specified. Since it's not likely to be connected to a "group" it doesn't matter.
