Is there a way to export a membership list out of MLS into Excel?

Doesn't seem like a finance question, but if you go to Reports/Forms and run a Custom report you can then click 'Save to File' which saves to CSV which is importable into any spreadsheet program. Also page A-6 of the MLS documentation (within MLS.. Help: Help) mentions exporting data from MLS to a CSV-formatted file.
