Reservation frozen
A reservation I have made seems to be frozen--can't delete or update. Get a message telling me to try again later (this has been a problem for over a month). It is a reoccuring monthly reservation. Anything I try to do on that date (4th Wed. of every month) is in conflict. I always get the same message with a never ending spinning wheel when I try to update any part of the reservation. Any help would be appreciated. I'm a building scheduler; I need to delete this reservation.

Have you tried to have one of the default administrators delete the reservation?
Have you read the Code of Conduct?

Default administrators can't even see the Reservation calendar (unless they have also been explicitly added as a building scheduler).techgy wrote:Have you tried to have one of the default administrators delete the reservation?

Our Stake default administrator isn't able to see what I see on the scheduler's view. I am also ward website administrator. The problem is in reservations view. The reservation has some errors in it. It repeats weekly but no day is selected or end date. It's an all day event for entire building...so I tried to delete the reservation tonight after selecting update reservation and the screen goes blue and sits there doing nothing. If I try to edit it I get the never ending spinning wheel; if I try to delete by right clicking on it and delete this reservation only, I get the the message "sorry, data is temporarily unavailable, try again later." So I'm lost.
