Calendar for multiple stakes and regions
Our Stake has resonsiblity for our local Tabernacle. We have mutilple stakes through out Utah County who use it. Our Scheduler would like to be able to use the calendar feature to let members know of the buiilding availablity. We have created a Tabernacle Calendar, but it can only be viewed by our stake. Any suggestions.

Assuming you are a stake calendar admin, you can create a separate location (not a calendar on an existing location). Then you can add all the sharing stakes as units to that location. Then they should all be able to see the location. Furthermore, assuming your Tabernacle Calendar properly schedules events on that location, the other stakes should be able to see those events when they view the location's events in Week view and check the box for that location.sdeveraux wrote:Our Stake has resonsiblity for our local Tabernacle.
