Where is the stake and ward websites link on the new lds.org site?
If you're looking for a link to the new stake and ward website beyond the calendar and directory -- for example, the meetinghouse times, lesson schedules, and news and information -- you won't find these resources because they haven't been built yet. These features are currently in development and will be built over the course of 2011.
Does anyone have any update on when these new websites will be available? Only 3 weeks left in 2011....

I am not aware of anything official, but we now hear mention of the first quarter of 2012 for some features. It will be nice when they are implemented. There is not much we can do until then, though, except use the Classic site.

I think it's just better to wait until they are built and not worry about "when". The church rarely gives projections and when they do it's almost always too optimistic.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Your quote seems to come from the old Calendar help system. Although that site is still up, it is not linked to from the Calendar application. The 2011 goal is clearly out of date, and has been superseded.tdinkel wrote:tech.lds.org states the following:

On the currently linked Calendar help system, there is a FAQ, which contains the question When will the new LDS.org Ward/Stake Lesson Schedule and News & Information be available? and response:
The new Ward/Stake Lesson Schedule and News & Information applications should be available in beta by quarter 1 of 2012. Beta availability announcements for both applications will be made on the Tech.lds.org forum. We encourage all forum members to assist the product teams beta test each of these products before their general release.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
