Branch directory on LDS.org
Whenever someone tries to access our branch directory on lds.org the see a triangle with an exclamation point inside of it. The leadership directory works fine as do the directories of the other 15 units in the stake. I have been asked by the stake clerk and members of the stake presidency about this situation for which I have no answer. I have contacted our stake technology clerk and have heard no response other than "it's being looked into." This situation has been in existance for several months. How do I get this problem resolved? Who can I contact to satisfy the demand for our online directory?

Since other units within your stake do not have this issue it must be specific to your unit. You should Contact Local Unit Support (LUS) to get your specific situation resolved.
