Quick Tithing Question

Does the Bishop hang on to the Tithing Settlement Statement after marking the declaration status or does it go to the member to hang on to? Our Bishop is also using the Tithing Declaration Report to record the donations.

The answer is found in both the training and this recent thread. The bishop records the tithing status and returns the statement to the member.

No. The bishop records this (preferably in a printout of the tithing declaration report). The member takes the statement with them.
