Firewall Cisco 800 Serie - Activation Error

I try to activate firewall in one of our units but I got this message:

[align=left]Unable to Activate Firewall:[/align]
org.lds.ics.mtm.firewall.exceptions.MTMException: Unable to activate because the firewall has the incorrect license
(advsecurity)

If you need further assistance, please contact the Global Service Desk at 801-240-HELP (4357), or the respective toll-free
number for your area, if available.

What should I do? I am in the time zone differencies so I have a hard time to make the phone call plus the church is about an hour drive or more from my house. I can do this only on Sunday.

There are some people available at the Global Service Center even on Sundays. I believe they are only the first level support people, but they might very well be able to help you with this problem.

Another option is to call them during the week, even though that means you won't be at the church with the firewall. That's not ideal, but you can still explain the problem and get some advice from the technicians at the GSC to help you know what to do.

Just as a quick question, are you following the activation procedure outlined here? I know when I tried to do it, it didn't work right, but when I followed directions, it worked.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

The GSC is NOT available from 6 am to 12pm MST on Sundays.... I am in this same situation and have a very difficult time working with the GSC... it is painful for that block of time to be unavailable.

You're only option, I see, is to involve someone in the local unit to be your eyes and ears.
