You could restore a backup of your MLS database, but that would cause you to also lose all changes made since then -- that might be worse than reentering the callings.

If you haven't transmitted from MLS yet, you could go to cdol.lds.org and at least look at the callings you deleted and make note of the various details about callings, sustained date, and people. That would make it easier to reenter them.

But there's no Undo in MLS, so there's no straightforward way to restore the callings.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.

If you were releasing someone from a calling and deleted the calling instead, look to the top right within that position screen. There is a link that is add a calling. When you click on that all callings show up in a new window. All standard callings and those your ward might have created will show up. Click on the one you deleted and you can place the new member in. This will work even if you did it just by acciendent also. Altough if it was not a release and an errant delete you will need to know when they were called and set apart.

Information about deleted callings

I occasionally print Callings by Organization, but regularly export files from MLS (almost every week). The organization.csv contains fields

Org Seq Organization Pos Seq Position Ldrshp Indiv ID Indiv Name Sustained Set Apart

It is quite easy to check the position, date called and if set apart for recapturing the information.

1 Bishopric 7 Ward Assistant Clerk Yes 202 Powrie, Leslie Aug-11 Yes

You can also go to Members without callings and assign callings for the members. That is not too painful :)

If you do not have the printout or csv, then make a backup, restore from the previous backup, print or export, then restore the current backup and capture the information.
