Message from CHQ in wrong language

We received our normal notification through MLS mail that told us which units (only one this time) have not submitted their quarterly report. We are an English language stake.

The message came, subject line and all, totally in Spanish. Has anyone had that happen to them before?

Fortunately, we were able to decipher the message.

One of my units (english only) once received their budget allocation report in spanish. Hasn't happened again, so I figured it was a fluke.
