2 bld schedulers; 1 removed
Prior to v2 launch our stake had 2 bldg schedulers listed; we switched everything over then one of the bldg schedulers was removed however his name/number happens to be THE one that pops up for members to call when a 'conflict' arises. Is this something WE can fix or is this something that needs to be done via MLS. Thank you!

It can't be fixed in MLS, and you can't fix it on the Calendar site, either. The problem is that right now the person who scheduled the event is listed (even though the text says to contact the "building scheduler"). This issue was reported and discussed in the thread Event conflict does not list building scheduler as contact. If the remaining building scheduler edits the event, will he become the contact that is shown? This may not be feasible for a large number of events, but it may serve as a workaround if there are only a few, even if he has to edit the event and then edit it back.aebrown wrote:It can't be fixed in MLS, and you can't fix it on the Calendar site, either.
