Limitation? "Building Scheduler" can't schedule new events

By reading the help and some of the posts on the forum it looks like building schedulers can change existing events from one location/room to another, however, they can't create new ones.

Is there a plan to add this ability to the building schedule role in the future? I think it would greatly help building schedulers in managing the buildings.

However building schedulers may reserve buildings and resources for specific wards allowing only members of those wards to then use the resources during the reservation time period. That seems like a pretty effective way to manage resources.
