v2 bug: IE8 refresh required after collapsing lists.

Additional bug:

After collapsing Subscribed Calendars or Available Locations, they cannot be expanded unless you refresh browser (both in Week or Month view)

ie9 does not need a refresh after collapsing Subcribed Calendars or Available Locations, The expand with a single click of show all link
