Can you give us a bit more detail? Do the locations not appear in the "Locations" box at the bottom left or are you referring to events that have locations scheduled?

Once you entered the timezones, did you re-enable the locations for scheduling?

I am having the same, if not similar, issue. I am the Stake Tech Specialist as well as the Building Scheduler for the Stake Center. Our Stake has been using the NEW calendars for about 8 months now and have taken full advantage of the scheduling. In the recent change all of the calendar items that previously were entered are on the calendar, however, I can only see those that are listed within my own Ward and those on the Stake Calendars. If an event is scheduled on a particular date and time using a specific room but is located on a calendar for a ward in which I am not a member I cannot see or edit the event in case of a conflict.

You didn't mention whether you had re-enabled each location since the v2 upgrade. As jdcr256 noted, that needs to be done. I assume that you as STS are an assistant stake clerk, and thus you would be a stake calendar administrator and can go into each location and check specify the time zone and also check the box that allows that location to be scheduled by wards and the stake.

That is clear enough. But can you respond to the very important question as to whether a stake administrator has enabled each location for scheduling? Until that has happened, no one in the stake will see the locations in the "Locations" box, or in any event details.

I am a stake administrator and I edited each of the locations with time zones; saved and then refreshed. Is that what you mean by "enabling" each location?

No, the essential step is to check the box labeled "“This location can be scheduled by Wards and Stakes" for each location (and then save your changes). That is what is meant by "enabling." Sorry my language wasn't more precise.

Perfect...sadly my techo comprehension is very lacking and I never would have thought of checking that box...perhaps knowing that will help you help me with my other 2 problems. Thank you...I appreciate your help and this forum to get our questions answered quickly.
