I am just getting started with PVC and I have already run into a problem. When I try to request an account, I get the following error message:
Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.
Error: Proxy not found for name = pvcdr4-Proxy

Please try again. We had a minor hiccup with the PVC system Tuesday night / Wednesday morning related to our upcoming system software upgrade. I am aware of this error - we got it resolved, and I'm certain you should be able to create an account now.
