Have any of you discovered any tips or tricks for recreating a list of missionaries that have served from a particular ward? The bishop has asked headquarters for help, but their list is incomplete.

At the stake level, we keep a list of all missionaries who serve, which includes name, mission, dates, and ward. As they return, we archive that information. So we end up with a historical list, at least since we started keeping that list.
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
