Deep Freeze from the Software Deployment Portal

Hello All,

I am a STS who is in the process of re-imaging all of our FHC computers to XP Pro. I have the operating systems installed and the latest version of LANDesk. The last step is to install Deep Freeze on them. I understand that I can get this from the Software Deployment Portal, but on each computer, the Deployment Portal does not list any software available. The list is completely empty even after refreshing.

What am I doing wrong? How do I get Deep Freeze?

I assume you installed LANDesk from the church website? You may just have to look at another time. It's possible some server was down when you looked.

Also make sure you've entered the correct unit number for your FHC. It's different then the ward or stake unit number.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
