Missing members

Missing members
I have an interesting problem with some missing members in LDS Tools. In our building, our ward and the other ward in the building combine the primary and YM/YW programs. The scoutmaster and assistant scoutmaster are both from our ward. Their names show appropriately in the ward online directory, CDOL, and in MLS, but NOT in LDS Tools. In fact the membership for their entire families is in the other ward in LDS Tools. I thought Tools pulled the information from CDOL, but evidently not in this case.How can I correct this and get the 2 families out of the other ward and back in our ward on Tools?

Hmmm, shouldn't the membership records reside in their "home ward"? I have heard of some singles units that have the membership records of their bishop because of shortcomings in the system, but that doesn't sound like the situation here.
I believe LDS Tools may have a problem with "Out of Unit Members" (which is what it sounds like you have here).
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
