I have talked to my stake president about this, and ask him
who can i talk to about this but i think he does not know ,(I want to know what the Church is doing for future programs maybe i can help in something. theres info that would help memebers save money
specially the ones in poor countries.

Your local FM group is probably the best to engage with. We recently redid some landscaping around our OLD stake center and we replaced a bunch of bush/shrub/grass with ROCK a nuch more water friendly landscaping.

Facilities Management, sometimes call the FM Group. They're in charge of the buildings, renovating, keeping them in repair, etc.

Here in Italy we recyle.
We have three cans where to trash: Paper, Plastic and waste.
No news about renewable energy.

My perception is that where it is a cultural norm the church will follow. Here in the US it is RARE to see trash divided into paper, plastic, and waste - but when I was in France and the UK it was the norm.
