We have many members in our stake that use smartphones and other Internet connected devices. One Bishop has requested a method to post Bulletins electronically, as most, if not all, of the members of his congregation have Internet connected devices that they use for Hymns, scriptures, lessons and talks.
Request:
We would like to post our Sacrament Bulletins and Monthly Newsletters for online (and offline) use by ward and stake members. In the past, we have been able to do this by using the classic local unit ward website (LUWS) news and information postings. Our current method is to post the Newsletters as PDF attachments on news items.
It would be nice if this ability were integrated into LDS Tools and the Local Unit Web Site functionality.

I don't know about any plans for LDS Tools in this area, but the Classic Ward and Stake Web Site (LUWS) capability for News and Information is still online and available. And the plans for the updated ward and stake web sites will clearly include a news and information capability, as indicated in the Stake and Ward Websites Overview (at this point only the Calendar and Directory have been released in an updated form).
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
