Is switching Multiple Cameras just like switching inputs? Or are the two multiple camera input signals synchronized? In other words, are there any effects between camera inputs (dissolve)?

Right now, switching between inputs, images, or videos results in a jump-cut. There is no current functionality for a cross-dissolve transition, etc. We are looking into such functionality in the future.

Which is the correct minimum CPU spec:
1. 1 GHz or higher processor ( https://tech.lds.org/wiki/Meetinghouse_ ... _laptop.29 )
2. Dual 2 GHz or higher processor ( https://webcast.ldschurch.org/V3/ClientDownload/ )
And how much is needed to encode at Medium to High 4:3?

Good catch-- The minimum is 1 GHz or higher, while we recommend dual 2 GHz. One should be able to encode at medium to high 4:3 with 1 GHz, but depending upon what other programs are installed, system configuration, etc. it may be best to use a 2 GHz or faster machine.
