Need help with updating my ward tool to my Itouch.

I have been using ward tools for almost a year now and have just recently been having troubles updating my Itouch. when I go to convert my mls files I get this message. unsupported file: The folder selected contains a membership csv. file that is not supported by ward tools. Can anyone help me? I will be eternally greatful.

I'm guessing it no longer works because the first column of the membership.csv file no longer contains member record numbers. Not sure because I don't use the app, but that's the biggest change that has occurred recently in MLS. See here for more.
