Three months ago I was living in a diferent stake. I Had LDS tools on my android phone and I was able to see the directory for the whole stake, including callings and stake organization. This was also the case in the lds.org directory tool. Then I moved to a different stake, and when I tried to update my directory in my phone, only two families show up, that is, my own family and one other. I checked the directory on the website, and same thing happened. Also, it doesn't show my calling, even when it is recorded in MLS. I consulted with the technology specialist in my stake, but he doesn't know anything about it.
One of my first theories about it was that perhaps, since I was a counselor in the bishopric before, and now I am not, there would be some kind of admin privileges that I don't have anymore. But then I made a test with both the counselor and the bishop in my ward, and they get the same.
Since my stake tech specialist does'n know anything about it, can anyone tell me wether the is a setting that can be modified or something so that the members can get access to these tools?
Unable to view members in ward directory via lds.org>tools>directory

The law of the land in some countries, such as the UK, require members to opt-in before their information is displayed. In the US, it's opt-out.

Although that's true, the bishop should be able to see everyone even when they are opted out. He indicated that the bishop got the same results as he did. If that's true then something else may be going on. Unfortunately, I don't know what the might be.
