Incorrect Household Names

I have a name as part of the members of my household that IS NOT a member of my household. How do I get this name removed?

Your best bet is to talk with the ward membership clerk and see if you can identify the error. Most of that information comes from the ward's records.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
