I was called a few weeks back as STS or Assistant Stake Clerk. This calling has been added to MLS, however, it's still not showing up on CDOL or the new directory. We've done a send & receive, and still nothing.
What should I do?

Check to see that the calling was added to your Stake MLS as a standard position, not a custom position.JacobHaug wrote:I was called a few weeks back as STS or Assistant Stake Clerk. Verify that there was a successful Send/Receive.
Wait two days after the Send/Receive and then check CDOL again.
Call the Local Unit Support Desk for assistance.

1) Yes, it was added as a standard position.
2) Yes, send & receive has been done.
3) Yep, done that....however, we've done send & receives since then....is that a problem?
4) Okay, I guess we can do that.

Have you tried the Correcting duplicate or missing callings procedure found in the wiki article Callings? For only a few callings in that section it recommends:
You can edit the calling in MLS and change something (the date or set apart flag work well). Save the change. Go back in and change it back to the original value. Then when you send/receive that calling should go up to CDOL.

Nope. Extra Send/Receives usually do not hurt, and they have no effect with this issue.JacobHaug wrote:3) Yep, done that....however, we've done send & receives since then....is that a problem?
jdlessley does have an excellent suggestion. Change something about the calling (the set apart check mark usually works). This will force the information to be sent again from MLS to CDOL, and often this clears up the situation.
If that doesn't work, make the call.

Edit: I would note that you won't have rights outside of CDOL from this calling until tomorrow.
Yeah, OI Services sorted it out for me. Thanks for letting me know about the above permissions....I was just about to ask that. I'll wait 48 hours and then see if I have the proper permissions.
Thanks for your help guys!
