Stake President Can't Review Other Account Audit Details

Stake President Can't Review Other Account Audit Details
While reviewing ward audits with the stake president tonight, I clicked on the details for the other account for a ward in our stake. My stake president indicated that the couldn't get to this link when he reviewed and signed off the ward audits in our stake. He asked if I would submit this as a bug.
