Perhaps this subject has already been discussed.
Many of our ward member do not access our Ward Website because they don't know how to find it.
It is not intuitive to go to LDS.org and then, through trial and error, find out that Stake and Ward websites are listed as the last entry under the heading "About the Church."
Couldn't we come up with a simple (short) URL to take the user directly to the local unti logon page, like ldsunit.org or something equally as simple?

This is as short as it gets for now. http://lds.org/units
It may get shoter with a new rewrite but that is some time out.

Thank you!
I was not aware of lds.org/units. That URL is much simpler.

Any chance of adding units.lds.org? What makes that one nicer is the suggestion feature in many browsers - once you've been to it, it should figure out what you want when you start to type "unit".DJC wrote:This is as short as it gets for now. http://lds.org/units

I'll look into it. We may be able to add a redirect for units.lds.org. I'll post something if we can implement it.RussellHltn wrote:Any chance of adding units.lds.org?
