lds mail account

Stake President has ldsmail on home computer. How do we put it on the stake computer so he access there also.

AFAIK, it's a web mail service. So the instructions used for setting it up at home should be the same for the stake computer.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

ldsmail.net is easily accessed via a browser, so you don't need to do anything special on your stake computer. Your stake president just needs to go to ldsmail.net in a browser, sign in with [unit#]@ldsmail.net and the stake's ldsmail password, and you're good to go.
