Callings by Organizations - Preferred Names?

Callings by Organizations - Preferred Names?
In "Callings by Organizations" names are indicated as "Formal" not "preferred". Why is that? Members would like to be called by their "Preferred" name.

I don't see that. When I display a Callings by Organizations report in MLS, I see preferred names. I can duplicate it in the online leaders tool. I know this is a MLS forum, but that was another place I thought to look.aebrown wrote:I don't see that.
