Missionary Timeframe
Does anyone know what the timeframe for when a missionary receives his letter from Salt Lake. For example, there is a missionary in the ward that had his letter sent today (12/17) - according to mss. Does it really mean it was sent today or will it be mailed on Monday? We're in Utah so it shouldn't take long to get from Salt Lake here.

They aren't actually sent on Fridays. The "Call letter sent" status is really more like "Call letter prepared." They are typically sent on the next Monday or Tuesday, and arrive Wednesday or Thursday in the Salt Lake area.settleda wrote:Does anyone know what the timeframe for when a missionary receives his letter from Salt Lake.
