fillable PDF forms

#1

Post by johnian »

I'm a Ward mission leader. Each week we fill out forms like the Progress record, teaching record, and now new or recently activated member forms - all by hand. Where's the fillable pdf version - simple need but I don't find. I'd recommend that all the standard forms be available centrally in fillable pdf or other format - savable not just fill and print on-line.

I have a fillable New and Returning Member Progress Report on my ward's computer. I'll try to remember to post it next time I'm there (which may not be until December 5th).

I had to create the fields myself--our stake technology specialist installed some really sweet Adobe products when our computers were replaced--and this is one of the few that was requested by our unit. I'm not in the habit of systematically creating fillable forms though.

This form is FANTASTIC, but would it be possible to make the Visiting teachers section fillable, too?

Thanks!

I hope you don't mind that I added the missing field. Here it is.

New & Returning Member Word Doc

#8

Post by casnow »

Anybody have a New & Returning Member form in Word? I think that would be easier. I'd like to be able to save the information electronically so that I can keep adding to it as the member progresses instead of having to type it all in every time I want to update the form.

I don't understand! Why doc file? You can fill out pdf form. Save it as "name of family". Then you will have the original blank pdf with the old name and a new filled and still modifyable (is this word correct?) with family name.

Close. It is spelled "modifiable".
