CUBS and auto-swept items

I do not see this thread, and I see nothing in the help for these items.
Fast Offering
Book of Mormon
Humanitarian aid
Perpetual Education
These all had a zero balance pre-cubs. Post cubs I now have a balance on them. I thought these were automatically sent to CHQ?
Plus I now have two Fast Offereing categories.

Any reason why?

According to LUS, MLS submits a request to CUBS listing the swept accounts amounts. After CUBS processes the request, CUBS sends a reply back to MLS to zero out the accounts. When a transmission occurs after the CUBS reply is queued, the MLS accounts will again be back to zero. There will now be a delay between when a donation batch is closed and when the swept accounts will be zeroed.
