CUBS Balances

Has anyone else noticed problems with CUBS balances?

Our September bank statement showed we had a positive balance and everything reconciled with MLS. Now our balance is showing a huge deficit because the beginning balance was way off in the red. I have been the clerk since MLS was implemented as a pilot program in our ward, and we have always had a healthy surplus in the missionary account.

I can't reconcile the negative balance in Fast Offering either. I think I can reconcile most of the other balances but the starting point on all of these beginning balances is a mystery to me.

I spoke to LUS support yesterday. I was told "the migration to CUBS did a bunch of strange things... don't worry about it, over the next few weeks we'll figure it all out"

I laughed out-loud (by accident) and then said.. ok.. thanks
