LDS account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

I been trying to login, but ... I suppose I forgot my password ... however, it do NOT send anything to my e-mail. I changed my e-mail I got the verification of having changed the e-mail address in both ... but I can't get the password ... For some reason I dont receive other mail than change of e-mail adress to my e-mails on moregoodfoundation or hotmail ... so I can't get anywhere again ... :(

emails are sent to the email address associated with your ldsaccount. If you can't log in, you can't change the email address so the emails are still being sent to the original email account. It sounds like you have forgotten the email account you registered with.

For Norway, I'm not sure what is the best way to proceed. For the US, a ward web admin can look up the email address associated with your account using the "Registered Users" link under Administrator Options.

You might want to try the Contact Support page.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

It tells me that I changed it ... :eek: but I just changed it back to hotmail ... still I just get the announcement that it is changed ... but no password even though I ask for it ... I read also that the e-mail is the hotmail one ... but if it sends to moregood ... I don't know why it doesn't come there even though the change or e-mail does ... :confused:
