Contacting SL for Hardware support

What is the quickest way to contact SL for support for hardware issues with our wireless internet. It is church installed cisco hardware all around the board. Some of the equipment in our stake center went out in a storm a few weeks ago and wasn't a real issue until a member of the Seventy was in town. Is there a phone directory of which extension to use when calling about hardware issues?

Two places to start is with the Global Services Desk and your local FM group.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I'll try the global help desk. We are currently transitioning from on FM group to another. Things are a little chaotic right now. Thanks!

The contact info for the GSD is on the wiki at Global Service Desk.
