The leader tools disappeared for me (I'm a ward clerk) when the site transitioned from beta.lds.org to new.lds.org. I am assuming that these are also missing for everybody else. What's the development status of these features?
I have noticed that I can still access the leader tools via old URLs like https://beta.lds.org/leader but https://new.lds.org/leader goes to a site that is obviously still under development. So why didn't the leader applications get ported to the new.lds.org website? They were working quite well at beta.lds.org...
What happened to the leader tools?

You're not alone. This has been discussed in another thread: Leadership tools -Beta. The conclusion there was basically that you should stick with the beta.lds.org site for these tools for now, since the new.lds.org version is clearly not working.psnarula wrote:The leader tools disappeared for me (I'm a ward clerk) when the site transitioned from beta.lds.org to new.lds.org. The problem with that workaround is that beta.lds.org redirects to new.lds.org for me automatically.Alan_Brown wrote:You're not alone. You have to go directly to http://beta.lds.org/leader skipping the home page.Mr.Intel wrote:The problem with that workaround is that beta.lds.org redirects to new.lds.org for me automatically.

Actually, new.lds.org/leader works as of this evening, but there are still quite a few links in there that are still not accessible. Beta.lds.org/leader still has a few more capabilities, but I love the look of the new.lds.org/leader page. Good job Salt Lake on the website. It's coming along quite well.eblood66 wrote:You have to go directly to http://beta.lds.org/leader skipping the home page.

Yes, there was/is a release today and tomorrow. I'm not sure what parts were when, but it should have some improvements.Chris Schelin wrote:Actually, new.lds.org/leader works as of this evening, but there are still quite a few links in there that are still not accessible. Bishopric access?
Do councilors to the bishop have access to the leader site? I'm an Exec. Secretary and it shows on new.lds.org but a councilor tried it and no calling specific tools are listed.
Thanks. Jerry Smith

Counselors don't have access yet, but that should be added in a forthcoming release. See this post.jerald100 wrote:Do councilors to the bishop have access to the leader site? I'm an Exec. Secretary and it shows on new.lds.org but a councilor tried it and no calling specific tools are listed.
