How to print a part-member family roster

#1

Post by summersc-p40 »

I have looked all over MLS to print a roster of part-member families or at least a list of those in MLS that are 9+ years old that aren't baptized. I thought I could make a custom report, but it wasn't working for me. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thanks

The custom report you seek is explained in the wiki under Part-member families.

Could someone add "Stake Callings" to this wiki found here Part-member families.

I have had trouble since all of the new changes and with the new release of MLS making a custom print out for those in our unit that have Stake Callings or figuring out how to print out everyone that has a Stake Calling in our Unit.

I spent an hour trying different custom report settings. With no luck yet.

Thank you

The part of the Wiki you linked to is for part-member families yet in your second paragraph you are referencing a custom report for stake callings. Could you be more specific to what you are requesting?

If you only want a report for your unit showing all those with stake callings the criteria is Calling Type -- is -- Stake/District.

The part member link I quoted. Have you clicked on it? Yes it says part member families but it has a variety of very helpful custom reports. other than part member families. It is a mixed bag of how to print specific custom reports.

Check it out.

I will try this soon as you suggested. Calling Type -- is -- Stake/District.

Thank you

The custom reports provided in the Wiki article Custom reports (MLS) are provided there because they are commonly sought out reports that others use regularly and have had diffculty creating. Not all possible custom reports that others have used or may use are published there. The list could become quite large and difficult to sort through. If there is enough demand for a particular report it may be added.
