How do I enter a new bishop for a ward in MLS? I'm the stake clerk.

There is a Leader Unit Change Request form in the stake MLS.

More details.
From the main page of the Stake MLS in Other Resources click on Leader and Unit Change Request, then choose Ward Leader and Unit Change Request and select the ward you are changing the Bishop in. Click on the Bishop tab and fill in the information for the new bishop.

After a send/receive that info will go up to CDOL.

It should get into CDOL within an hour, but Bishop changes go through some human steps it can take about 24 hrs for the change to be visible.
