Webcast Software error

#1

Post by georgevanleuven »

I have tried the Webcast beta software for the first time and am receiving an error. I installed an ATI TV Wonder HD 600 Hybrid Tuner card into a pc. Just trying to get the video working for now. Connected the JVC digital movie camera into the vidio in on the card. After making the settings in the webcast software, there is a Webcast status Red X on the screen and when I try to start a broadcast, I receive an error code 2147024726. It says for help to go to the online help so I click on the help in the menu which shows an online help link. Click on it and it opens a new browser screen to search the forums. I put in the error code with no results. Does anyone know what might be causing the Red X error for Webcast status and also this error code when trying to start a broadcast?

I can't answer your question, but I'd recommend that you contact your Stake Technology Specialist and have him call the Global Service Desk at (866) 678-2763. Listen for the options.
