Urgent Task to read new message that won't open

Urgent Task to read new message that won't open
There is new message showing but it has no message name nor will it open or delete. Any thoughts on how to get rid of it so the Urgent Task will go away?

I also experienced it myself today. The advice given in the linked posts took care of it.
