Family Search.org Modal Dialog Problem

#1

Post by ammonihah »

I don't know where to post this, but I was hoping someone here could pass this bad interface issue along. Here is the problem:

Goto to FamilySearch.org
Log In
Click on Temple Ordinances
Select a name to do a Print Request For
Click on Print Request
A modal dialog box appears that you must say OK to

BUT

If the window is too small, you cannot see the OK button and people get confused. They try to click on the adobe reader image, but that doesn't help.

If the window is maximized, you can finally see the OK button, but this is not good interface. It leaves people hanging, and if they are using a low resolution, they never get to see the OK button.

I have attached two images as samples.

I just did. Does LDS Tech have any association with FamilySearch.org?

Different groups, but there is some communication back and forth on a few areas regarding how their support forums are run.
