ie8 and amdocs java error

ie8 seems to work fine with Amdocs UNTIL you try and create a new case! when you click the find contact button. there is an security error! this happens regardles of security settings in ie8. It seems that the link to an out side data source or url causes the error. do in a search for a contact works fine. ONLY when trying to creat a new case does the error appear. As I have been told that Amdocs is in beta and being tested, I hope that this compatability/ security issure will be resolved. Cheacking the net this seems to be a VERY common java/ie8 error with many fixes offered. Hope to see this fixed soon as I really dislike using ie7 and this appears to be the ONLY bug preventing the use of ie8 and win7.

What does Amdocs have to do with LDS Technology?

Amdocs is the program used by Family History Support for CRM and knowledge base document lookup.

Amdocs are now in the final steps of development by engineers of Family History Department at CHQ. We believe in february or march it will be OK, with two or three more months to be thanslated in some languages.
