When I go into our ward directory and click on the Vcard link - it only opens up the first member listed in the directory (I see the record in Outlook 2007) - how come I'm not seeing any of the other members?
My goal is to download our ward membership into Outlook 2007.

Okay, so Outlook 2007 doesn't like a file with multiple vCard entries. Here's a basic workaround that doesn't add any extra features (photos) but it also doesn't involve anybody's third-party software development project:
1. Open Windows Contacts. Obviously I'm assuming Windows Vista since Windows XP doesn't have Windows Contacts. WinXP does have the Windows Address Book. I haven't tested this procedure in Windows Address Book on WinXP but don't see why it wouldn't work. Maybe somebody else can comment on this.
2. Click "Import" and choose vCard as the format.
3. Select the single vCard file (.vcf) that contains multiple vCard entries and Windows Contacts will import all of the entries (I had to click OK for each entry; depending on how many entries we are talking about, this may be prohibitive but it wasn't so bad for me).
4. Now fire up Outlook 2007 and navigate to File > Import and Export.
5. Choose "Import Internet Mail and Addresses" and then click OK
6. Select "Outlook Express...or Windows Mail", uncheck Import Mail, and click Next.
7. Decide how you want to handle duplicates and then click Finish.
The deed is done. Now just clean up after yourself:
8. Delete all of the contacts from Windows Contacts since you don't need them there anymore.
