Missing Members
We have a new couple that recently moved into our ward. We received the records about a week ago, but I've noticed something odd. They do not show up on the Membership Directory for our website. However, when I download the csv file from the website they are there. I've looked at the Administrator's site and the family just isn't there, it's not that the box is checked to not list their information. Any ideas?

Double-check the last names. They could be that they kept their own names when they got married. LUWS will group the family under the last name of the Head of House. Perhaps they are simply not showing up where you expect them.
Failing that, I'd have to think it's a bug and should be reported.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

This doesn't make sense, really, but because you mentioned they moved in a week ago, it sometimes takes up to 2 weeks for members to show up on the LUWS directory. This, of course, does not explain why they show up in the CSV report. Maybe give it another week just to see if that's it.cooleric1234 wrote:We have a new couple that recently moved into our ward.
