Custom reports using MLS...
I was recently released as Ward Clerk and a brother (the new Young Men's President) came up to me last Sunday to request a list of members of each Aaronic Priesthood group. This is a simple request and was given to him except that he wanted their addresses and phone numbers in the report as well. Can MLS produce this type of list automatically or does one need to make up a custom report? Can someone help me with this problem or give me a point in the right direction to research it? Thank you.

It's simple and built in to MLS.cdawardclerk wrote:I was recently released as Ward Clerk and a brother (the new Young Men's President) came up to me last Sunday to request a list of members of each Aaronic Priesthood group. Just go to Organizations > Reports > Print Rolls and Lists. On the left side, check the boxes next to each of Priests, Teachers, and Deacons. On the right side, for List type, choose Abbreviated. For the options, choose if you want each class list to start a new page, and pick the "as of" date. Then choose Print.

Thanks Alan. Appreciate the help. I get to a point in a calling (Ward Clerk)where I start to feel confident in what I'm supposed to do...and I get released and given a new calling (High Priests Group 1st Counselor)!
