Church membership data for years past
Is Church membership data by country/state available for years past?
I thought it would be interesting to map the location of church membership throughout the world over the past 180 years. I'd do this in a timeline such that you press a "play" button and see a map (maybe a heat map) representing membership starting at 1830 and progressing to today. It would be interesting to see the Church members go to the west, then fill North and South America, etc.
If we had data from where early converts came from, it would be interesting to somehow show them migrating to the west.
